9th Happy OFW: Pasasalamat sa 2022, Paghahanda sa 2023

The 9th Happy OFW Christmas Party was held on 21 December 2022 at AMOSUP Convention Hall, Intramuros, Manila. The theme for this year’s party is “Pasasalamat sa 2022 at Paghahanda sa 2023”. It’s the first big in-person event that the Ople center organized after two years.
Highlights

The Solidarity Message from Department of Migrant Workers Secretary Susan “Toots” Ople.
Secretary Ople is also the Founder of the Blas F Ople Policy Center and Training Institute.

Pusong OFW Awards. Every year, the Ople Center in consultation with our affiliate OFW groups, identify leaders in and outside government whom we consider as OFW champions. These are leaders who continue to inspire our OFWs to dream big, maintain strong family ties, and contribute to national development in their own modest ways.
This year’s awardees include:
