The Blas F. Ople Policy Center and Training Institute, in partnership with the Partnership for Development Assistance in the Philippines and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) launched the Building OFW Networks for Empowerment project on 01 October 2020, with the aim to establish, strengthen and mobilize local partnerships of Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) Federations in the areas of Calatagan, Batangas; Cabuyao, Laguna; province of Bulacan; and the National Capital Region, together with local and national government agencies for a more effective, comprehensive, and sustained delivery of protective services and economic programs for trafficked and severely abused OFWs. To effectively implement the project, a VIDEOGRAPHER for the Development of an End-of-Project Accomplishments video documentation will be engaged from November to December 2021.
