Background

The Blas F. Ople Policy Center and Training Institute, in partnership with the Partnership for Development Assistance in the Philippines and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is implementing the Building OFW Networks for Empowerment Project (E-OFW Project) since 01 October 2020.  The Project aims to establish, strengthen and mobilize local partnerships of Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) Federations in the areas of Calatagan, Batangas; Cabuyao, Laguna; province of Bulacan; and the National Capital Region, together with local and national government agencies for a more effective, comprehensive, and sustained delivery of protective services and economic interventions for trafficked and severely abused OFWs through rights-based, and victim-centered programs.

The Project received an extension to its scope and timeline, which includes response to online sexual abuse and exploitation of children (OSAEC) as part of its priority activities. The Tech Developer is in-charge of the design and development of the ICMS for children to be used exclusively for OSAEC response.
