Conduct of Baseline Survey for OFWs
The Anti-Slavery Project for Overseas Filipino Domestic Workers requires the establishment of baseline information on 1) response time by government, and 2) satisfaction level of OFWs with the service provided by the Task Force and other agencies.
The Baseline Interview will interview trafficked OFWs who were assisted by the Ople Center, the IACAT, and other government and non-government agency providing assistance to OFWs. An estimated 250 trafficked OFWs will take part in the survey.
Enumerators will be hired to interview OFWs in selected sites. The enumerators will utilize the Questionnaires developed by the Researcher and the Reintegration team. OFWs who have recently (since January) received service from government agencies. The OFWs will also be asked to fill up the client satisfaction form.
