Researcher – Gaps Analysis on Reintegration
The Blas F. Ople Policy Center and Training institute, Inc. is implementing the PROACT Project aimed at mobilizing support from among Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) themselves on key policy reforms that would sustain and enhance good practices in facilitating access to justice and reintegration services for trafficked OFWs. The project is funded by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) through the Australian Counter Trafficking (ASEAN ACT) Program.
The Researcher will collect data and analyze reintegration programs of government that aid the recovery of victim-survivors of trafficked OFWs. The Researcher is expected to perform the gaps analysis using a satisfaction survey during post interview de-briefing, particularly those served by government agencies such as the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) and the Department of Social Work and Development (DSWD).
The expected result is a comprehensive report of the gaps on reintegration, needed for stakeholders to come up with informed, evidence-based proposals for the enhancement of government reintegration services.
