Project Officer

The Blas F. Ople Policy Center and Training Institute, in partnership with the Partnership for Development Assistance in the Philippines and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is implementing a project entitled “Building OFW Networks for Empowerment”, which aims to establish, strengthen, and mobilize local partnerships in the project areas (Batangas, Laguna, Bulacan, and the National Capital Region) in partnership with local and national government agencies for a more effective, comprehensive, and sustained delivery of protective services and economic programs for trafficked and severely abused Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and their families.
